'Crianza' refers to the ageing regulations for red wines set out by the region's wine control board, the Consejo Regulador DOCa Rioja. These state that a crianza must be aged for a minimum of one year in barrel and one year in bottle before release.

Tasting Note: Clean, bright, attractive cherry red colour developing to ruby. On the nose is warm, dry barrel hints, vanilla and cinnamon. On the background, blackberries and strawberries. On the palate is structured, with light tannin. Long finish, barrel oak hints stand out
