Tasting Note: Characteristic intense ruby red color with broad garnet reflections. The aroma is complex: notes of ripe fruit, tobacco, spices, candied citrus peel and mineral notes. Elegant on the palate, dense tannins well blended with spices and red fruits. Very persistent and pleasant on the finish.
Food Suggestion: Pair this with classic Tuscan dishes such as wild boar ragu, grilled steak and stewed white beans.
