For Las Parcelas Blanco we start from selected vineyards with an average age of around 50 years, which produce wines of notable complexity and length and need a few years in bottle to reach their fullness. Depending on the vintage, the wines mature the necessary time in the winery, using a combination of stainless steel, concrete tanks, used large-format barrels and wooden vats. Bideona wants to clearly express the character of the Viura without fermentation aromas. nor excessive use of wood.

Tasting Note : Made from Viura grapes. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with a distinct greenish tinge around the edges. Elevated lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs mix with hints of lemon and slatey mineral notes. Zesty lime, green apple and lemon fruits are underscored by crunchy saline infused acidity. Finishes dry with good tension. Some attractive slatey mineral and oyster shell elements linger on the long invigorating aftertaste.
