Dr John was in Dublin recently where he displayed the full Forrest range when he visited us. His Gruner Veltliner and Gewurtztraminer displayed his need to grow unconventional varietals beyond the expected varietals that Marlborough is famed for. He has released a low alcohol Sauvignon blanc & Riesling and has managed to produce wines with great balance of fruit and acidity too. These are very exciting wines and they really excite and push the boundaries of what is possible in Marlborough. Try them if you can. You wont be dissapointed!
