Produced from organically farmed vineyards in Tuscany, the wines reflect a commitment to sustainability, biodiversity and responsible agriculture. The vineyards benefit from Tuscany’s warm Mediterranean climate and are planted on well-drained clay, limestone and sandstone soils that encourage balanced ripening and concentration. Ziobaffa wines are certified organic and vegan friendly, with vineyard management focused on preserving soil health and minimising environmental impact. The grapes are then fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for a long period to preserve the complexity of the aromas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlump and juicy, zesty with tangy favours of Meyer lemon, honeycrisp apple, pickled ginger and white stone.
