The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, vinified traditionally in stainless steel tanks and aged in cement. The fermentation lasts about 10 days. After the separation of the juice and seeds, the wine is racked several times to remove all impurities. It endures a light fining and is then filtered before the bottling. To provide a quality wine, yields and pesticide treatments are controlled. The foliage is kept as high as possible to get a better maturity.
Beautiful color. Nose reveals aromas of lush red fruits and red currants. The mouth offers structured tannins. Tasted at a temperature of 16 ° C it will fit nicely with roasted meats and cheeses.
