"An elegant wine. Brilliant colour, with hints of green. Typical Chablis nose, where aromas of citrus (lemon) fern and even salty sensations predominate.
On the palate: vigorous and lively, but in a soft mode. A lot of finesse and balance".
Vintage: The wines show great purity of taste and a pleasant floral style. Chablis is very mineral in character, almost briny.
2 x Sancerre – Sylvain Bailly

Dynamic Jacques Bailly (heir to a winemaking tradition going back to the 1700s) and wife Marie-Hélène cultivate an array of coveted vineyards around Bué in the eastern Loire appellation of Sancerre, including a plot originally called 'Choix Marchand', source of wines merchants kept for themselves. Generous to a fault, we'll let you in on this sought-after cuvée, with its fresh grapey fruit, steely edge and fine, minerally finish.
2 x Chateau Pey Martin Medoc

The Francisco family has been making wine in the Médoc since 1870, when they bought Château de la Croix, a Médoc Cru Bourgeois. In addition to this cru bourgeois, they also produce another Médoc, Château Pey-Martin. The Château Pey Martin is in the Northern part of the Médoc vineyard. The Gironde Estuary lies to the east, the Atlantic Ocean to the west. This geographical location , surrounded by water, protects the wines and moderates the climat. The soil is a mix of gravel and clayey limestone. Ageing in Traditional red Bordeaux with alcoholic fermentation and long maceration in stainless steel vats. Ageing in concrete vats to soften the tannins. 30% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels.
Tasting Note: Elegant aromas of blackcurrant, with liquorice and toasty notes. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and a smoky finish.
Château Pey-Martin goes very well with grilled beef or with traditional French and Italian cooking.

A stalwart on the Irish market, Joseph Drouhin Fleurie delivers consitently good weight of fruit on the palate and is one of the reference wines for this appellation. Drouhin is one of the blue chip Burgundy houses and has always been one to follow.
Winemakers Pitch Fleurie is certainly worthy of its name! It possesses great charm and delicacy, with its luminous raspberry colour, aromas of lilac, violet and gooseberry. Very supple and silky in the mouth. Leaves a beautiful impression of fine aromas. It is the most delicate of the Beaujolais Crus.

Chateau Mignan lies on the upper terraces of calcareous clay of the Minervois La Livini̬ere in a tiny and typical Southern French village called Siran in the Languedoc region. These exceptional wines are a perfect expression of the particular terroir and old vines found in this part of the Languedoc. Quality and elegance are the intrinsic characteristics here.
Ageing Potential: 15+ Years
A delicious dark and intense red. The old vines of Syrah lend a perfumed nose of black fruits. The palate shows powerful peppered accents and is warm and full with velvety tannins that balance the beautiful cooked fruit flavours.

Sensational Saint Emilion. Made up of 70-Percent merlot, 20-Percent cabernet franc and 10-Percent cabernet sauvignon, the wine fully justifies its classification. This wine is a balanced assemblage of two grape varieties, the merlot and the cabernet sauvignon.
