Samuel Gelston's Single Pot Still Pinor Noir Cask is the result of a collaboration between owner Johnny Neill and his cousin the actor and winemaker Sam Neill. This whiskey shows two sides of the family bringing two different flavours and aromas to the table that merge perfectly. Samuel Gelston's Single Pot Still Pinot Noir Cask whiskey is distilled exclusively for Gelston’s by West Cork Distillers. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks for 19 months, before spending 21 months finishing in French oak casks that previously held Sam Neill’s prestigious Central Otago Pinot Noir.

Nose: Malty with hints of strawberry, nutmeg and tropical fruit

Taste: Big, rich and sweet, with a hint of dryness, a note of blackcurrant and dash of spice
