Ravenrock Irish Gin
Dundalk Bay Brewery have been established since 2017 with there focus on contract brewing.
In December 2019 they introduced their own locally handcrafted still – when I say local, I mean literally made by their own technicians in the sister company Spectac international.
The gin has a local focus with all botanicals sourced as close to home as possible i.e. Irish rowan berries, & foraged Cooley heather.
Additionally, they filter the finished product through the local Silurian Aged Sandstone found in Blackrock/Dundalk Bay.
Ravenrock is best served with a fevertree tonic and a slice of orange.
