Fiabesco is another premium prosecco made in the Veneto region of Italy. Its retail price is €15 per bottle and it is of course closed by Spago cork, in the same way as Ca'Mabis Prosecco. Along with 6 Thin Stem Rona Flutes which are of comparible quality to Riedel Flutes.
Fiabesco Prosecco is made using grapes from hillside vineyards in Treviso, Northern Italy. It is made using the Charmat method, whereby the wine is allowed to ferment in a steel autoclave, achieving its spritz while maintaining a youthful fruit profile
This makes for a perfect crowd-pleasing thirst quencher, as well as a friendly alternative to Champagne given its slightly lower alcohol levels. The Wine Marchant magazine in the UK rate their top 100 Wines each year and in listing Fiabesco Prosecco they refer to this prosecco as ‘incredibly moreish’
It is a lively crisp sparkling wine with a delicate lemony character and an aromatic, dry, refreshing finish which is the style our market really enjoys in Ireland. Lovely, light, fresh pear drop fruit with plenty of acidity; a great aperitif to get your party going. Unlike Prosecco’s we last featured with Rewarding Times, this Prosecco is housed in a Spago Cork closure, so you will get the desired sounds as you pop the corks on some icy bottles this summer!
