Along with his friend Federico Grom, they opened their first gelateria, Grom, in Turin, which became an instant success due to their use of top-quality ingredients. After selling Grom in 2015, they transitioned into winemaking and founded Mura Mura, which\u003cbr\u003emeans ‘enjoy life slowly’ in Malagasy, bringing the same dedication to quality. Today, they own vineyards in Costigliole d’Asti, Barbaresco, and Serralunga d’Alba. Their background in farming allied to the marketing skills acquired during their Grom years makes them a unique estate in the world of wine, with their 2021 Barbarescos beginning to showcase their estate's potential.\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe single-vineyard Barbarescos are a step up. ‘Starderi’, from a 0.5-hectare plot on clay-limestone marls, is elegant and floral with fine-grained tannins.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an exciting and dynamic estate that in a short space of time has made quite a splash in of the world’s greatest wine regions.
