Along with his friend Federico Grom, they opened their first gelateria, Grom, in Turin, which became an instant success due to their use of top-quality ingredients. After selling Grom in 2015, they transitioned into winemaking and founded Mura Mura, which\u003cbr\u003emeans ‘enjoy life slowly’ in Malagasy, bringing the same dedication to quality. Today, they own vineyards in Costigliole d’Asti, Barbaresco, and Serralunga d’Alba.
