The family champions the local grapes of the area, above all Trepat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis single-variety Trepat comes from vines over 50 years old at around 500 metres, on alluvial soils of limestone and clay with plenty of rounded pebbles. In order to get the best expression of Trepat, the vineyard is reduced to 50% normal production. Grapes are harvested manually in late October in small 20 kg cases. Cold maceration for 10 days.
