Leone de Castris is one of the top producers in Puglia. It is also the oldest winery, dating back to 1665. Amongst their achievements, the winery is credited with the invention of the famed red wine called Salice Salentino over 560 years ago. Although the vineyard operations of Leone de Castris are not certified as organic, in essence they really are.

Tasting Note: Pale yellow in colour. A fresh and balanced with aromas of citrus fruit and pineapple on the nose.
