The unique soil composed of alternating chalk and flint layers gives this wine its fine aromas and style. The yield per hectare is about 50 hl / Ha. About 19,000 bottles are produced annually. This Sancerre is one that lives up to its name! Beautifully pure. The fragrance is expressive and mineral with tones of apple and white flowers such as acacia. In the mouth the refined concentration and minerality is immediately apparent. We also taste citrus and green apples. The aftertaste is good and keeps hanging.
