Clos des Fous is an exciting new project between four Chilean friends. Recently voted as the best buy in Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon in Food & Wine magazine May . Fous is the french word for crazy men, a reference to what their peers describe as their craziness for sourcing grapes from vineyards in extreme conditions further south & east.

Tasting Note:
The nose opens with fresh plum & cherry aromas leading to deeper notes of cassis & red currants. Hints of violets, pepper and toast on the palate which has a silky structure. A big wine, complex yet elegant with a long rich spicy finish.
