This is a small wine property with the vines spread over three villages in the Côtes de Bourg area. It is a family-owned estate which has been handed down from mother to daughter for three generations. The vineyard is tended with passionate dedication by Corinne Baudouin from the pruning to the bottling, perpetuating the family tradition.
The result of a legendary vintage, this wine is a beautiful, brilliant purple hue. The nose evolves around frank aromas of blackberried fruits and spices –an expressive bouquet which continues throughout the creamy, lingering palate, underpinned by fine, velvety tannins. A very fine Médoc with excellent ageing potential. The ideal accompaniment to an informal meal, with meat stews, grilled meats or a well-garnished cheese board. .
