This winery is located in Enériz, a village close to Pamplona, and here is where the wines of appellation Navarra are elaborated. This winery is a modern construction which has cutting-edge technology. The fifth generation of Fernández de Manzanos family expanded their business in this appellation with the purchase of this winery. Vic Manzanos has a nose for wine, and given his Rioja estate already straddles the border of Rioja and Navarra, he thought adding a very good Navarra estate would be exciting. 18 months in French Oak and a full 6 years in bottle. This is the Flagship Crianza and if you love Rioja, this is an outstanding wine without the pricetag of Rioja. It won Gold Medal at Mundis Vini and a Bronze medal at Decanter Wine Awards in 2018.
Ageing Potential: 15 Years
Garnet red color, intense and deep. Intense aromas of black fruits, cherry, herbs, licorice, perfectly assembled with spice and chocolate scents. . Round, structured with a long aftertaste spice and black fruits.
