Bouza do Rei Cream Liqueur

Cinnamon slowly macerated in brandy for several days, then filtered to remove the cinnamon sticks. Addition of just the right amount of sugar to the macerated eau-de-vie, slowly mixed with cream.

Bouquet:
A sweet fusion between the intense aroma of the cinnamon and the fine cream, culminating in a delicate hint of brandy.

Taste:
Smooth and creamy on the palate, with a lasting alcoholic aftertaste.
