The old brand, once called Divina Pastora, was recently revived by Bodegas Barbadillo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a true Manzanilla Pasada, rooted in the solera system. The wine spends six years in the Solear solera before a selection of barrels moves a short way down the road to the bodega La Pastora for a further three years, so it is around nine years old when bottled en rama, with minimal filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIntense and briny on the nose, with green apple, punchy yeast, hay and butter, opening to yellow apple and chamomile.
