Distilled on the edge of Ireland, in Castletownbere, at the end of the Beara Peninsula, West Cork. 43.3% ABV
Hand Picked Beara Fuschia, Lemon Myrtle, Ventry Harbour Sugar Kelp, Salt Water Cardamom Pods, Coriander Seeds, Peppercorns, Juniper Berries, Ginger, lime and lemon peel.
TASTING NOTES: Juniper and Citrus to the fore, Supported by floral notes and spicy warm cardamom. Abundance of Salty flavours complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander. In the mouth the juniper develops into a crispiness, nicely balanced by gentle spice.
