Intensely flavoured, with bags of minerality to make this Sancerre an absolute stormer! Whenever I smell this wine, I can literally hear the goat's cheese calling me. And I haven't got the willpower to say no. Resistance is futile.
Ageing Potential: Drink Fresh
The wine is produced from vineyard sites in the famous Sancerre villages of Chavignol, Sainte Gemme, Menetreol, Amigny, Thauveney and Sancerre itself. The sites encompass all the various soil types of the Sancerre region; limestone, flint and clay
The aroma of this wine is intensely floral with hints of citrus. The palate is citrus with a subtle minerality on the long cleansing finish.
