A brand of Grupo Pesquera, founded by the late Alejandro Fernández, the Condado de Haza winery has more than 180 hectares of Tempranillo, the sole component of this wine, around the province of Burgos. Planted at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level, the vines are around 30 years of age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were fully destemmed and macerated with the skins for some weeks. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, this Crianza red wine was aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. Prior to its commercial release, the wine Condado de Haza Crianza 2022 was aged for some months in the bottle.
