Château les Millaux is situated to the north of the Libourne district and neighbours some great appellation : Fronsac and Lalande de Pomerol.
The property has belonged to the Bellot family since 1925 and passed down three generations pursing the objective of quality in both the vineyard and the cellar.
The vineyard is composed of the traditional grape varieties of the Bordeaux wine-making (Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc).
Ageing Potential: 6 - 8 Years
The merlot dominant variety offers extraordinary fruitiness with mellow tannins resulting in a supple wine that are easy to drink. The cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc gives a good structure to the wine. Aromas of tropical fruits and red fruits give a complex bouquet. All these features offer a wine that can be enjoyed with red meats and barbecues.
